Flattening Paste is a matting agent, which can
significantly lower the gloss of solvent based products. It is easy to
use and has no VOC. To use, thoroughly mix the desired amount of
Flattening Paste into a prepared clear coat with a mechanical mixer.
Flattening Paste is available in 8oz. and 16oz. sizes. A small test
batch should be made before mixing large amounts. Using too much will
cause adverse effects. No more than 16oz. of Flattening Paste per gallon
of clear sealer is recommended.
