All prices and pricing policies are subject to change without notice.

Online Order Policy

Our online order system cannot process educational and tax exempt accounts.  If you place your order online, your organization will receive paid taxes as store credit.  Student discounts will not be applied retroactively to online orders.  If you or your organization is educational and/or tax exempt, please call into the store to place your order.

Taxes

The Compleat Sculptor is required to collect and remit the appropriate sales tax on taxable items shipped to New York and New Jersey. If you would like to be tax exempt please forward all applicable tax forms to our office via email ([email protected]) or fax (212-243-2273) prior to placing the order.

Back Orders

Unless otherwise advised, items not in stock at the time of your order will be automatically backordered for a period of 45 days. If the item(s) ordered become available within those 45 days, it (they) will be shipped and you will be billed. If the item(s) ordered do not become available within those 45 days, you will be contacted prior to your order being canceled,

Payments

We accept American Express, Discover, VISA and MasterCard.
If you wish to purchase using any non-approved payment methods, such as Purchase

Order or check, please place your order through Customer Service by calling us at 800- 972-8578.

Shipping

The Compleat Sculptor will process orders for in-stock items within 2-3 business days. Your processed order will then be shipped per your chosen Delivery Method.

Shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order automatically online. If you require special shipping please e-mail us ([email protected]) or call us (212-243-6074) and we will accommodate you as best we can. Thank you for ordering from The Compleat Sculptor. If your shipping address is an APO or FPO the order will ship via USPS.

International Shipments may incur duties and fees based upon the customer's order and country of destination.  Any and all duties and fees are the customer's responsibility and refusal to pay said fees may be considered voluntary abandonment of your order.  Any refunds due to returned international shipments are entirely at the discretion of the Compleat Sculptor.

Coursehorse

If you purchased your class on CourseHorse, then our Refund & Cancellation policy applies to your purchase. If you are entitled to a refund, or have any questions, please visit the CourseHorse site and contact their customer service team.
 

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days of the shipping date for exchange (if available) or a refund of the purchase price (less shipping).  Please note our Disclaimer applies directly to our return policy. Retum the item in the original packing materials with a copy of the packing slip or invoice. The entire item, in its original condition, must be returned in order for us to exchange it or issue a refund. A l0% restocking fee is charged on all returns.  Some items have specific policies denoted by a required checkbox. Special Orders, books, and DVDs may not be returned under any circumstances. No cash refunds.

If requesting an exchange, any difference in price will either be credited or charged to your credit card, including the new shipping charge.

Retums due to error on our part or due to the item being defective will be given full credit. The replacement item will be shipped to you at no charge.

Ship the package insured and prepaid via U.S. Mail or UPS. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement.

Credits will be applied and./or replacements shipped as soon as your return is processed. Please note, credits may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.

The Compleat Sculptor reserves the right to revise, modify and update this Privacy Policy Statement from time to time. Please refer to this Policy often to note any such revisions, modifications or updates.
