Peacock Flattening Agent is a matting powder that is compatible with all Permalac products. Add Peacock Flattening Agent to 1 gallon of Permalac to achieve your desired level of flattening.
Recommended Mix:
Peacock Flattening Wax is a pre-dispersed flattening paste that is compatible with all Permalac products. Add 2 to 10 ounces of Peacock Flattening Wax to 1 gallon of Permalac to achieve your desired level of flattening.

flattening.
How to Use:
Determine how much Permalac you are going to need for your project. 1 gallon of Permalac will
cover roughly 400 square feet with a single coat. For most substrates, 3 coats are
recommended.
Add the desired amount of Peacock Flattening Agent (as needed) to the Permalac and stir well.
Once mixed, use your Permalac as specified in its technical data sheet. You will not want to add
more than 10% of flattening agent, weight by volume (w/v), to Permalac. Keep in mind that the
Permalac solution will get saturated with the agent at a certain point, after which additional
powder cannot be added.
How to Use:
Peacock Flattening Wax can settle somewhat during shipping and storage. Be sure to stir well
before using.
