3M™ Particulate Respirator 8511, N95, is a disposable respirator that is designed to help provide reliable respiratory protection of at least 95 percent filtration efficiency against certain non oil-based particles. The respirator incorporates 3M's proprietary technology with an advanced electrostatically charged microfiber filter designed for ease of breathing.
The 8511 is fitted with a 3M™ Cool Flow™ Valve, designed to increase exhalation breathing comfort. The 3M™ Cool Flow™ Valve helps direct exhaled air downward and allows for easy breathing. When you work in physically demanding environments, a little more exhalation breathing comfort can help make a difference.
This disposable N95 particulate respirator features the proprietary 3M Cool Flow Valve and helps provide comfortable, reliable worker respiratory protection. It is ideally suited for hot/dusty work settings that require long periods of wear.

This respirator is designed for use to help reduce exposure to certain airborne particulates such as coal, silica, iron ore, metal, wood, biological and certain other particles, and liquid or non-oil based particles from sprays that do not also emit oil aerosols or vapors. The respirator incorporates 3M’s proprietary technology with advanced electrostatically charged microfiber filter media designed for ease of breathing. This respirator is compatible with a variety of protective eyewear and hearing protection. This particulate respirator is NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) approved for environments containing certain non-oil based particles and provides at least 95 percent filter efficiency. Soft inner material provides added comfort while the cup-shape design makes the respirator spacious and durable. Braided headbands and an adjustable M noseclip helps provide a custom and secure seal. The respirator incorporates 3M’s proprietary technology with advanced electrostatically charged microfiber filter media designed for ease of breathing. This respirator is compatible with a variety of protective eyewear and hearing protection. Fitted with a 3M™ Cool Flow™ Exhalation Valve, this respirator is suitable for physically demanding environments.
