Slo-Kast BC-8009 20lb Kit

BC-8009 is a two-part, urethane tooling resin that cures (RTV) to a gray, Shore D85 plastic. This resin offers a longer pot life (14-18 min.) compared to other products in the Kast Series, but still offers a relatively fast demold time (3-4 hr.) for fast turnaround of parts. BC-8009 is often used for filling larger closed mold cavities and for casting larger sections without the need for stage pouring. Common applications include; tracing models, core boxes, keller aids, patterns, core sticks, vacuum form tools, prototypes and display parts.
