PlatSil® Gel-OO Silicone Rubber is a two-part, platinum-catalyzed, liquid silicone system that cures (RTV) to a milky white, Shore OO30 rubber. This silicone is most often used to make prosthetic appliances (in conjunction with Smith's Theatrical Prosthetic Deadener) and in other special effects applications.

PlatSil® Gel-OO has been independently certified as skin safe. It complies with the requirements of applicable sections U.S. Federal Hazardous Substance Act (FHSA) Regulations (16 CFR 1500), LHAMA (16 CFR 1500.14), ASTM D4236, Sections 201(s) and 409 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and requirements for Toxicology Risk Assessments.
