APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

ICT PS1 Reactive Sealer hybrid sealer combines the benefits of reactive penetrating sealing technology and a micro-coating technology together in one single product. This sealer provides excellent stain and abrasion resistance, requiring very minimal maintenance for years of quality use and abuse. An application of ICT Clean and Set is needed following the PS1 to accelerate the curing process of the sealer.

Coverage: The coverage will be approximately 200 ft2 per quart, which may vary due to porosity and application technique. ICT PS1 has a high sheen finish. For a low sheen formula, use ICT PS1‑LS.

ICT Clean and Set is the final step in the ICT sealing system. It accelerates the curing of ICT sealer products and is also effective as a cleaner for concrete sealed with ICT. When using as a cleaner, dilute Clean and Set at 3 parts water to 1 part Clean and Set.
