The gelatine concentration and preparation procedure will depend on the tests to be performed. Typical concentrations used are 20 wt. % or 10 wt. % gelatine solutions.

Handling and Warnings

Leave the gelatine to soak in cold water for 1-2 hours and then heat in a bain-marie to max. 60°C.
