What is MelPAX?

MelPAX can be applied using a sponge, brush, or airbrush.

How Do I Airbrush MelPAX?

MelPAX must be thinned with MelPAX Airbrush Thinner at a 1:1 ratio.

Will MelPAX Clog My Airbrush?

Not at all! Just clean your airbrush after each color with Mel Products MelPAX Airbrush Cleaner.

What Is the Difference Between MelPAX Thinner and Airbrush Thinner?

  • MelPAX Thinner is for creating washes or glazes, reducing opacity to achieve a "watercolor" effect.
  • Airbrush Thinner is specifically for thinning MelPAX for airbrush use.

These two cannot be interchanged.

How Do I Remove MelPAX?

Use MelPAX Remover. If unavailable, coconut oil has been reported to work effectively.
