Previously called a Boxwood tool, this modeling tool is crafted from Acacia Wood, an extra hard, durable wood which is water-resistant thus making it perfect for pottery, ceramics and other water-based materials. The tool is sometimes referred to as a thumb tool since the thumb is often used to manipulate the tool.
Each end of this hand-polished sculpting tool is uniquely shaped to perform specific sculpting techniques. Both shapes are pointed ends on a curve.
