Hands-On RUBBER MOLD MAKING Weekend Workshop with a Master mold Maker
Class Hours:
Friday 6:00 - 9:00 pm
Saturday - Sunday, 11:00 am - 6:00 pm with an hour break each day
BRING YOUR OWN SCULPTURE (size limit aprox. 12”) or choose one of ours!
In this class students will provide a model to be molded. If you do not want to bring your own model we will provide you with one. Models that exceed a certain size and complexity may require an additional fee. Silicone rubber and plaster, resin, silicone or wax casting will be included in the class charge. The class will last two days and cover several different mold making techniques, one and two piece molds, as well as brush on, pour on, and blanket molds.
On the first day the instructor will introduce the concept of Mold Making and discuss each students molding needs, according to their model. Students will be encouraged to assist each other and learn from all the different molds that will be produced during this workshop.
If time allows the basics of life casting will also be covered during this workshop as well as several casting techniques that can be utilized once your mold is complete.

Class refund Policy:
All refunds are processed as store credit and applied according to the following schedule
3 Weeks notice: Full Refund (minus a $75 non-refundable registration fee)
2 Weeks notice: 50% refund
1 week or less: No refund
