General Return Policy for Purchases
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days of the shipping date for an exchange (if available) or a refund of the purchase price (less shipping). Please note that classes have a different policy you can find on the class return policy page
Return Guidelines

Items must be returned in the original packaging materials, which means the product must be sealed and unopened to ensure it is in resalable condition. Many products, such as rubber or resin, have reduced shelf life once opened.

A copy of the packing slip or invoice must accompany the return.

The entire item, in its original condition, must be returned to qualify for an exchange or refund.

A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returns unless store credit is chosen instead of a refund to your card.

International Shipments

International orders may incur duties and fees based on the customer's order and the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Refusal to pay duties and fees may be considered voluntary abandonment of the order.

Refunds for returned international shipments are at the sole discretion of The Compleat Sculptor.
Exchanges

If requesting an exchange, any price difference will be credited or charged to your credit card, including the new shipping charge.
Defective or Incorrect Items

Returns due to an error on our part or defective items will be given full credit.

Replacement items will be shipped to you at no charge.
Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need assistance with a return due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us at orders@sculpt.com or 212-243-6074 as soon as possible. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
