Ideal for hand forming because it works and carves easily and adheres to itself. The most common of all the sculpture waxes, it has a certain stickiness that appeals to modelers. The warm brown color holds detail well and exhibits shadows in the work unlike the lighter colors. Very pliable and clean burning. Ring And Ball Softening Point: 74°C/165°F

This is a great sculpting wax, but the colors are never the same batch to batch. That can make it hard to work with, but at least the feeling is consistent.
